A culinary exchange inspires my team, forges new links around the globe and offers my guests unique tasting opportunities. So far I have invited four chefs which are among the best in Latin America. I picked them especially because of their different style of cuisine. Although we are talking here about chefs from different regions, countries with distinctive products, climates and cooking traditions to me it was incredible how strong the similarities were in the flavours and seasonings of the food, most likely because we all work with chilies in all varieties.
