Fourty five minutes away from San Jose del Cabo - Agroverdugo, the only farm that has the official certificate to produce organic vegetables in Los Cabos.
Tiki, who used to work in the restaurant at the old Palmilla; was confronted early with the challenges of full filling the guests high expectations. Him grewing up in Miraflores, growing vegetables was passed on from generations. Together with his chef, they started to produce a wider variety of products.
Agroverdugo has many square feets of plantations, and has become the most exclusive local source for Los Cabos gastronomy.
